Can I join more than one group? Groups work best when you join one or two and commit to that group for the ten weeks. People are free to join as many groups as they would like, but they work best when you attend the same group regularly, rather than dipping in and out of lots of different groups.
When do the groups run? Groups run on different days of the week and at different times. Many of the Groups have different start and end dates, but you can find out all of the information for when Groups are running here.
